You can integrate video clips and still pics and combine them with music.
If you make it too long very few people will get to the end.
I like to make them the length of a song. For you guys, Friends Forever is a great sound track.
* Through out the year will be events you are in or attend, collect pics up till graduation n when u r in that, someone will collect the last shots.
Video clips.. edited to about 10 secs. You n your pals will have your memories jogged as soon as it pops up.
The song is about 5 1/2 minutes long... hypothetical example, say there is one minute of video clips.. leaving 4 minutes for stills.
4 x 60 = 240 secs for still clips.
I like my stills to be displayed for 3 secs = 80
With this arrangement you could have 80 pics and a minute video in your graduation song,

Now for the song, you don't take a canned copy but your gang sings it together.
You likely have kids that play all kind of instruments.
Upload it to youtube and I am telling you, it will be watched over n over for years to come :)
