Looking West, as the day goes on, the sun often causes sundflare.
Getting there early the visibility decreases at a distance.
Waiting till it "burns off", hmmm what are the best conditions to capture the clearest photos of the city. You can fill in the spread sheet. (should be configured so others could use, but not alter it)
