Every once in a while I will see a cute pic in a video.
If you have a camera that takes sharp videos and find a good lighting spot.. place your camera on a tripod
When you move it causes a blur.. but
If you get in front of a video camera, move and strike a pose and pause for a few secs
I or you can click print screen and capture a frame

Finding a background, good lighting, pose, pause, move to the next pose, pause.. u get the idea
As much as u like to climb around, some such place as hocking hills would be cool or just to experiment it can be in your own turf but background n lighting is important
YOU can capture single frames and turn em into stills, here is some I just did.
